Convert years to months if fractions are included in the years provided by the participant (i.e. 3 1/2 years = 3.5 * 12 = 42 months).
Convert months to days if fractions are included in the months provided by the participant (i.e. 3 1/2 months = 3.5 * 30 = 105 days).
Code only consecutive years living at current location.
Do not include time spent in prison.
As a general rule, if a person is living in a sub-acute facility or nursing home and then returns to home, if a person is there for less than 6 months, then use their home address. If more than 6 months, use the program/facility address.
